Who are you when you are free to be you, when your life is truly your own? Sometimes as children we get hypnotized into believing that there is something wrong with us. These beliefs hurt us, and they are not true. When self-loathing gives way to self-compassion, and grief cleanses the broken heart, the soul returns, and we adopt an uncompromising commitment to border and protect and salute our true nature. Then we are free.
I am a psychotherapist in private practice. My lineage flows through Andrew Feldmar, R.D. Laing and E. Graham Howe. I have received gifts of healing from plant medicines and make these available when indicated.
