With my intuitive energy medicine gifts, I listen and sense into people’s stories, their bodies and energetic fields to learn where support can be focused, while creating a safe space to help guide the client towards opening and encouraging a pursuit of alignment with their souls deepest longings and truths. With that awareness, I can facilitate a shift in the energy field itself.
I do this through a number of avenues which include fascial work (where I believe emotions and trauma are held), energetics and spirit nature of plant oils, energy work, sound+vibrational therapy as well as creating + holding a safe container for authentic expression and personal exploration through conversation.
